Why is
Flamingo TV
Webmail
blocked
after I
install
Windows XP
Service Pack
2?
In Windows
XP Service
Pack 2,
Microsoft
included a
pop-up
blocker as a
part of the
Internet
Explorer
updates.
This pop-up
blocker, by
default,
will
consider
Flamingo TV
Webmail (and
several
other links
on
FlamingoTV.com,
including
Ask Comcast)
as pop-ups.
To add
FlamingoTV.com
to your list
of trusted
sites (so
Flamingo TV
Webmail and
other links
won't be
blocked)
please
follow the
steps
outlined
below.

- Open Internet Explorer, select Tools from the top menu, Pop-up Blocker from the drop down list and then Pop-up Blocker Settings....
- Enter in *.FlamingoTV and then click the Add button. This will set Internet Explorer to not block links from all of the FlamingoTV.com web sites (www.Flamingotv.com, mail.FlamingoTV.com, etc). Flamingo TV will never automatically pop up a third-party advertisement.
